Customization Process FAQs

Yes. USL has a design team of 11 designers, and develops over 1,100 bag designs annually. We can fully customize bag designs for you based on your ideas, reference samples, or sketches.

Please provide information such as the bag’s style, size, material, color, logo, pocket structure, and order quantity.

Yes. We strictly protect all client designs and are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). And we will not send your design artwork to others without your permission.

Yes. We will send you the digital technical pack after the designer has created or revised it for confirmation. After confirmation, we will proceed with sampling then mass production.

If possible, please send us your original files in PDF, PSD, or other formats.

The MOQ for most custom bags is 300 pieces. The MOQ may vary for some styles; you can contact us for the specific MOQ for that particular bag.

Sample development usually takes 7-14 days; the complexity and quantity of the order will affect the production cycle, generally between 5 and 8 weeks.

 Step 1: Request a quotation. Send us your requirements, such as custom materials, custom logo, and order quantity.

Step 2: Sampling. After receiving the sample payment, we will complete the sample production within 2 weeks according to your requirements.

Step 3: Production. After the sample is approved, we will complete mass production within 2 months.

Step 4: Shipping. After confirming the delivery time with you, we will ship via air freight, sea freight, or express delivery.

We offer a wide variety of customization options, including colors, materials, sizes, logos, and packaging.

We offer a wide range of materials, including nylon, polyester, canvas, cotton, TPU, PVC, mesh, Cordura, X-PAC, Rip-stop fabric, and more. Please send us your requirements.

You can choose from embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer, appliqué, rubber, and more. We will recommend the appropriate printing method based on your bag design.

 Yes. You can order a sample to evaluate its workmanship and quality. Our existing samples are usually provided free of charge; custom designs will incur a sample fee. We can 100% refund the sample fee when the order reaches a certain quantity.

You can apply to cancel your order before production begins. However, if production has already started, cancellation will incur charges for completed processes. Please note that sample orders are non-refundable.

Yes. We will try our best to meet your rush order needs based on production capacity and specific requirements. Please contact us for details.

We support express delivery such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or TNT for sample shipments. Delivery to your location takes approximately 5-7 days.

Yes. You can choose to use your own freight forwarder; we offer EXW and FOB terms.

For bulk orders, we usually arrange sea freight, which is the most cost-effective option. But it takes longer. We can also arrange air or rail freight.

Yes. Please inform us in advance and send us your different addresses so we can pack and ship separately. We also have rich experience in working with global brands customers and ship the goods to their global licensees frenquently.

We support T/T, PayPal, L/C, and Western Union.

 Yes. A 30% deposit is required when order is confirmed, and the remaining 70% is due before shipment.

At USL, quality control is implemented throughout the entire project process.

In addition to having skilled workers and advanced production equipment, we have quality control personnel on each production line. They need to inspect material quality, sewing precision, and overall craftsmanship. Furthermore, QC prepare daily quality reports and submit them to the production management and sales teams to ensure consistent quality control throughout the production process.

For final inspection after packing, we always apply for AQL2.5 to check the products and sending detailed inspection report to our customers.

Yes. The complexity of the design relates to the materials, processes, and labor costs used, all of which affect the final price of the custom bag. We will provide a detailed quote based on the specific design.
