Since our establishment in 2002, we have provided OEM and ODM customization services for outdoor & sports bags to clients worldwide. We have over 20 years of experience in the bag manufacturing industry, specializing in hiking bags, mountain bags, travel bags, running vests, gym bags, waterproof bags, and bicycle frame bags. These bags are widely used in various industries including outdoor activities, hiking, football clubs, gyms/fitness centers, fashion, retail, schools and so on.
Our factory covers more than 12,000 square meters and is fully equipped, providing a one-stop service from design, sampling, sewing, packaging, quality inspection to shipping. We place great emphasis on product quality, implementing end-to-end management from raw materials to final packaging. Furthermore, USL has obtained multiple certifications including ISO 9001, GRS, and BSCI. Our professional production team of over 230 skilled workers ensures that every bag is meticulously crafted. Currently, our customer satisfaction rate is 99%.

To ensure consistent quality for every custom backpack, USL uses advanced production equipment, including computerized Pattern-making System, automatic Fabric Cutting Machine, Heat Transfer Printing Machine, and Screen Printing Machines.
All cutting and printing strictly adhere to preset specifications.
Rigorous Quality Control System
Each production line is staffed with quality inspectors, and all products are SGS, ISO, and BSCI certified.
We maintain a rigorous quality control system, with factory equipment including Fabric Tension Testing Machine、Color Fastness Test Machine、D65 Light Box、Shock Testing Machine to comprehensively evaluate backpack performance, guaranteeing customers receive premium products.

Each client will be assigned a dedicated account manager who provides comprehensive support, including style selection, sizing, printing, and digital prototyping.
