USL Founder Wendy Attends Founder Speaking Training Camp

From April 27 to 30, 2026, the “Founder Speaking Training Camp,” organized by Yu Ge, a well-known speaking coach in China, was successfully held in Xiamen, Fujian Province. Nearly 100 guests from different industries gathered for the event. Although they came from different industrial backgrounds, they shared a common goal: to rediscover their positioning and state of mind through this event and improve their communication skills with customers and employees.

As a bag manufacturer that has grown through trade shows, Wendy deeply understands the importance of communication and external expression. At exhibitions, it is not enough to simply introduce products or explain selling points. More importantly, a company needs to communicate its understanding of the bag industry, its business philosophy, and the value it can bring to customers. Only in this way can mutual trust be strengthened and longer-term partnerships established.

With the rapid development of AI technology, people have more diverse and abundant channels for obtaining information. Customers and manufacturers can learn about each other, evaluate opportunities, and even reach cooperation without meeting in person. This convenience fits the fast pace of today’s business environment. However, in Wendy’s view, this type of cooperation often requires a long period of accumulation before real trust can be formed. By contrast, visiting customers and having sincere face-to-face conversations can quickly bring both sides closer and create a stronger foundation of trust.

During the training camp, Yu Ge shared insights into the essence of business management and how founders can communicate with greater influence. Many of the challenges a company faces, whether in business development, team management, or market competition, are closely connected to the founder. Only by managing oneself well can a business operator make correct decisions and lead a team effectively.

When it comes to influence in communication, the key is not to perform, but to return to authenticity. For customers, what matters most is not exaggerated promises, but honest conversations: our real experience, our understanding of their projects, our proposed solutions, and how we plan to support them. Authenticity is the only key that opens the door to trust.

During the self-analysis session of the training camp, Wendy gained a deeper understanding of why she chose the bag industry. It was not only where her career began, but also where she found meaning. As a manufacturer of sports backpacks and outdoor backpacks, USL’s responsibility is to help sports and outdoor brands alleviate design anxiety, reduce communication costs, and build quality confidence for athletes and outdoor brands. This work is both meaningful and deeply rewarding.

At the same time, as the founder of USL, being responsible to our employees and encouraging and empowering every employee with a dream is our company’s development philosophy and social responsibility.

By providing customers with professional custom bag solutions and taking responsibility for every employee, we believe that USL can not only build longer-term partnerships with more new and existing clients worldwide, but also continue to grow and go further in the bag industry. Finally, let’s hear Wendy’s personal declaration.
