The USL design team is a key part of the whole structure creating,innovating and developing.All global markets can be catered for taking into account costing, colour, fabrics and brand postion.Commercial design is paramount and our team understand the design and manufacturing process to keep costs as low as possible while retaining a fashionable edge with function.We can create product for customers or take customer visuals for design interpretation.Our team in the US is responsible for helping key accessory brands such as Jansport create their product. We work with brands to develop and evolve product offer.
Sourcing
The USL team will process the best factory for sampling and production and will use our own sampling factories and facilities where possible.All these facilities we have a long term relationship with and a team of quality controllers to monitor the production when not using our own facilities.Quality and global compliance is guaranteed.
Innovation
Innovation is the key to evolving product.USL stay ahead in this area by travelling the world and finding technologies and creating technologies for key products and presenting these to customers for use.Each office has a library of accessories and fabrics that can be used and we work in partnership with fabric,logo and component factories for innovation in these areas.
